"A really unuseful process that Telefonica de España (under other names in different countries)installs with many of their ADSL modems and routers. In theory, checks the modem status, repairs the configuration and receives messages from Telefonica. In practice, the only check and message that you'll receive is that the connexion has been lost and the "repair" will only undo any changes you made to your system and their don't like. That's all for 17+MB of memory usage..."
